Summary	0003453: Dashboard speeds incorrect, they are too high
Description	Traffic speeds on the dashboard are not calculated properly. They are too high, I sometimes reach 7.0MB/s which is not possible on my 60Mbps internet connection. My Torrent client shows the correct speed while downloading, Taskmanager also does show the correct speed. Screen print is included.
