hi Nigel,

Check the note from max-endian (5334) in the other bug.

You need to download and replace the both pl files with the files attached to the bugreport.

Regards,

Klaas-Jan

Hi Nigel,

I think you have to wait 24 hours before the information is shown.

I have a system that was patched a while ago and I have full working graphs on that system.
Just patched another system and still have working traffic and system graphs.
Will check tomorrow to see if proxy graphs are generated.

You did enable proxy logging under HTTP Proxy-Log settings ?

Regards,

Klaas-Jan

Thanks, I will wait as I am away for a few days.

Yes Proxy logging is and has been enabled since installation.

hi Nigel,

The system I patched showed graphs the next day.

System/Traffic graphs where never affected.

Did you also apply this bugfix ? http://bugs.endian.it/view.php?id=2676 [^]

Regards,

Klaas-Jan

24 hours on and still no graphs.

2 days ago I copied these in:
The location on the fw of notifications.py is:
 /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/endian/status/notifications.py

The location on the fw of servicesubscriber.js is:
 /home/httpd/html/include/servicesubscriber.js

If I don't get a resolution soon I will copy the original files back in and put up without the proxy graphs

Hi Nigel,

I have just patched another system, will check tomorrow.

Have you also created a content filter and access policy other than the default one ?

Regards,

Klaas-Jan

Both policies are default.

I have reverted back to the original files per my previous post and my system and traffic graphs are back. Even the history is back but the time that the above file were copied in is lost. They have a few day gap in them.

Hi Nigel,

Just checked the other system that I patched and graphs were generated just fine.

Can you create an access policy that filters using Default Profile (Content1).

If the only access policy is virus scanning only that maybe the reason you are not getting any graphs.

Regards,

Klaas-Jan

How much memory does your system have?
