0000734: http-Proxy -- default policy
Position 1 of the rule list is generated automatically as unrestricted
web-access wiwthout antivirus and contentfilter.
If you create a new rule in priority 2, you can choose AV and content
filtering. Both services are started.

If you make this rule to priority 1 or you delete the unrestricted rule,
the AV-rule changes to unrestricted access. AV and content filter services

MIME-type filter and browserchecks are not startable either.

If you download the testvireus from, nothing is blocked, even if
the HAPV is running.
Haven't found a workaround yet...

after installing

I can edit the default policy, the services AV-engine and contentfilter start, but no files are scanned by AV.
Tested [^] [^] [^] [^]

These files are blocked by the ALG behind the efw, so there is still something wrong with te endian...

maybe this is a caching problem. if you downloaded the eicar viruses before, squid will take them from the cache and havp won´t block them.

i tried to download the 4 eicar testviruses and they where successfully blocked by havp.
