Summary	0002248: Cannot access internet when you select a filter profile that has virus scanning disabled
Description	When you create a Content filter profile and you uncheck "Activate antivirus scan", and you apply that profile in the access policy, the http proxy won't allow any internet requests. I tested with this rule being the only rule in the access policy. When you try to browse the web you will get an error, see attached screenshot.

(0003425) simon-endian (developer) 2009-11-27 15:12	this happens because currently dg forwards traffic to havp as soon as one dg profile uses havp and so it can come to a situation where dg should not forward to havp but internally does. when havp is not running an error is shown and no internet access is possible. quickfix: enable/disable havp for all contentfilter profiles
