Summary0002387: After creating QoS devices and going back to the link I get a 500 error
DescriptionThis is the error I get:

500 Internal error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Powered by CherryPy 2.3.0

Not sure what the heck happened, but it was working fine. Sent a tag out to the mailing list and no one else was seeing the issue, so either a) I flubbed something up b) I'm missing something somewhere or c) its an unknown issue :)

Going off of a suggestion on the mailing list:

Do perhaps have an OpenVPN connection or an uplink with uppercase
letters or any special characters in their name?
If so you must change the the directory name (e.g.
/var/efw/openvpnclients/TEST) to a lowercase name
(/var/efw/openvpnclients/test) and edit the settings file accordingly.

I decided to restart the qos from the command line to check the error.. and low and behold.. there WAS an openvpn client that was causing issues... however, it didn't show in the GUI.. manually removed it.. now the link is working in the GUI
