Summary0002739: System with 3ware RAID controller does not boot
DescriptionDuring installation initrd creation does not include driver for 3ware RAID controller.

During installation (when questioning for GREEN ip address), go to 3rd console (ALT-F3) and recreate the initrd manually with (all in 1 line):

chroot /harddisk /sbin/mkinitrd -f --preload 3w_9xxx --preload sd_mod \
/boot/initrd-$(uname -r).img $(uname -r)

/etc/modprobe.conf must contain "alias scsi_hostadapter 3w-9aaa" before installation of kernel.
kudzu, which creates modprobe.conf, probably does not recognize this controller.
until we switch to dbus, kudzu upgrade? hwdata upgrade?
