Summary0003447: HAVP - akamai DM problem.
DescriptionTrying to download a really big file from technet, I had to do the following to enable some kind of "debug" for HAVP:

Edit /etc/havp/havp.conf.tmpl add

SYSLOGLEVEL info
LOGLEVEL 1
change
LOG_OKS true
apply restarthavp.py -df
