Which version is it?

rpm -q efw-hotspot

Tested on
efw-hotspot-2.4.104-1.endian8 (productive)

The Link in the Documentation for the InfoEdit Homepage
https://<firewall_ip>:10443/mangage/hotspot/account/infoedit [^]
wouldn't work:
-> "The requested URL /mangage/hotspot/account/infoedit was not found on this server."

A created Hotspot Account User with password could not login to https://<green>:10443/admin/infoedit [^]
to manage the guest Data or print Guest Tickets

Hi Luca,
We have a customer with the same issue. (efw-hotspot-2.4.119-1.endian8)
Are there any news about it?
Do you have a workaround for us?

Best regards

@mjs instead of Greenip you should use this URL: [^]

Returning to this issue the Editor account is not supposed to access the administration interface, for security and other risks.

Instead the Administrator should be used for this purposes.

Hi Herbert,

does the URL provided by ardit work?

Thanks a lot

if you use the Link, provided by ardit, the first Endian Device in the Network will be used and you see:
The requested URL /admin/infoedit/ was not found on this server.
Apache/2.0.52 (CentOS) Server at Port 443

We have two Endian Devices here. The first one is the default Gateway and separate Networks (all Colours), the second one is only for WLAN (green and blue only).

Hi Lo,

sorry for my late answer.
I asked the customer but didn't got any answer yet.
I'll let you know, if there are any news about it.

Thanks and best regards
