Summary0000612: openvpn gui: dhcp pool need to be within the half of green network
Descriptionsince the green network will be splitted in 2 networks for the openvpn server, the ip range must be checked that it is in one of the 2 networks. no overlaps are allowed anymore.

a warning message should appear, that the broadcast and network address of the two segments (which are regular ips of green) are not accessible by the vpn endpoints.
